Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lykens, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work proposed will take place on North 1st street. North 2nd Street, South 3rd Street, South Street, and Race Street located in Lykens Borough. Work under this contract shall include all materials, equipment, supplies, and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The project is located in Lykens Borough, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project. Bidders must comply with all State anti bid rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner The successful bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work by November 15, 2023.\ Question Deadline 07/10/2023 at 10:00 AM ET
