The City of Del Rio is issuing a Request for Bids (RFB) soliciting competitive sealed Bids from qualified and experienced individual(s) or firm(s) to provide Asbestos Abatement, partial demolition and rendering building safe (i.e., cover holes in floors, stabilizing floors and removing hazardous conditions) services. The City of Del Rio is requesting bids for the Asbestos abatement, partial demolition and rendering building safe of the structure located at 801 S. Main Del Rio, TX 78840, together with all associated utilities connected to these buildings as well as appurtenances to the buildings. This solicitation does not commit the City of Del Rio to award a contract, to pay any costs associated with the submission or preparation of any proposal submitted, or the procurement of the equipment listed. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to consider any other factors that it deems to be relevant to its needs. The City reserves the right to request additional information from an individual or to request all submitters to submit supplemental materials in fulfillment of the content requirements of this request for bids (RFB) or to meet additional information needs of the City. The City also reserves the unilateral right to waive any technical or format requirements contained in the RFB. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
