St. Charles County is seeking qualified CONSULTANTS interested in working for the Roads & Traffic Department by providing engineering services for St. Charles County Bike-Walk Phase I project. The purpose of this section is to describe the scope of work and the responsibilities of the CONSULTANT and St. Charles County Roads & Traffic Department (COUNTY) in connection with the preparation of construction plans and other documents necessary to complete this project.
