Renovation of a municipal facility in Hollandale, Mississippi. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of June 23,2023, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. The Washington County Board of Supervisors is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to renovate the existing kitchen space at the South Washington County Multiplex Facility (911 East Avenue North in Hollandale, MS)to include, but not be limited to the installation the following commercial kitchen items: 3 commercial deep fryers | 1 - 40lb. and 2 70lb to 100lb 1 commercial natural gas 6 burner 48" range with 12" griddle, standard oven 1 single sided commercial freezer 1 single sided commercial refrigerator 1 commercial food warmer 1 commercial high temperature under counter dishwasher 1 commercial ventilation hood Interested parties are invited to inspect the facility on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. The purpose of this inspection is to allow interested parties to develop the complete kitchen plan to include the requested items above noted. All submittals must include pricing and include all costs for gas, electrical, and plumbing improvements to complete the project.
