This project is being financed with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") Community Development Block Grant-Cares Act ("CDBG-CV") funds administered by the NYS Office of Community Renewal (OCR), project #382CVHR100-22. See Instructions to Bidders for additional information. The Project consists of three (3) separate locations and is being bid as three (3) separate Lots. Reference Sheets are provided for each Lot to further describe the Lots and Alternates for each. For each Lot bid on include the completed BID PROPOSAL FORM, BID FORM SUPPLEMENTS and REFERENCE SHEET(S) with your Bid Submission. Construction Vertical: Building Construction; Rehabilitation & New Construction - Construction Estimated Range $500,000-$1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Per Addenda 3 PLEASE NOTE that the Bid Due Date and Opening Date has been EXTENDED until AUGUST 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM. Per Addenda 4 -PLEASE NOTE that the original SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION date for the project has been EXTENDED from August 31, 2023 to November 30, 2023.
