SCOPE OF WORK: I. Mandatory Requirements Successful offeror will be responsible to construct and install landscape as designed in Attachments A & B. Successful offeror must be able to finish landscape reconstruction by the end of 2023. Successful offeror is responsible for all sub-contractors and is to provide all labor, tools, equipment, permits, engineering, plans, and any and all other costs necessary to the design, layout, and construction. Construction work, plans, building permits, and additional specifications are to be provided by the contractor and shall be in compliance with all applicable building codes and zoning ordinances. Performance and subcontractor payment bonds will be required, if necessary. Each proposal must include - Company name, website (if applicable), and name, email and phone number of project manager. Statement of qualifications that includes professional credentials, experience, and overall qualifications in providing the Project Scope stated in this Request for Proposal ("RFP"). Including: Copy of current contractor's license - must be a licensed general contractor in the state of Utah Certificate of liability insurance naming Tooele County as a name insured Certificate of workers compensation insurance Contractor and sub-contractors must provide certification that they are registered and participating in the status verification system required under Utah Statute 63G-11-103. Contractor shall state in writing, proposed specifications and warranty and construction workmanship warranty with bid. Three (3) examples of projects (with references) which demonstrate qualifications for providing the Project Scope stated in this RFP. A list of any subconsultants or subcontractors proposed to be included in work outlined in the Project Scope. Provide a description of their previous work history. Any current and applicable certifications of the staff to be assigned to this project. Questions must through the Utah State Purchasing U3P Website, and are due no later than June 7, 2023 @ 4PM. Submissions, modifications or corrections received after the closing time on June 13, 2023 will be considered late and will not be opened. If only one submission is received, County will evaluate proposal response to make sure the offer meets the minimum mandatory requirements and the technical RFP requirements stated in the RFP, and will determine if the cost proposal is fair and reasonable to award. Or, if time permits, resolicit submissions for the purpose of obtaining additional submissions. Tooele County shall not be obligated to respond to any proposal submitted, nor shall it be legally bound in any manner whatsoever by the receipt of a proposal. Tooele County reserves the right to extend or cancel all scheduled proposal due dates. Notice of such extensions or cancellations shall be sent via addendum to this RFP
