DEADLINE: Bids must be delivered to and received by the District at the location specified above as the place for submitting bids not later than the date and time specified below, at which time the District will publicly open and read all bids. Except as provided in Public Contract Code Section 5100 et seq., no bidder may withdraw a bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of the bids.
