Fresno Unified School DISTRICT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any combination thereof and to waive any informality or irregularity in the RFP process. Equipment vendor share carefully review the provided room parameters provided herewith and shall provide a bid with a product solution of adequate quantity and performance to meet the performance specifications and the individual room parameters. In the event a product falls in between the parameters provided, the bidder shall submit on the more conservative option. ii. All air purification products shall be delivered and stored in a bonded and insured facility within Fresno County. Bidder shall ensure the safe delivery, handling, and storage of all products. Final delivery of products to the Requests for clarification are/were due Friday, June 9, 2023 10:00:00 AM [(UTC-08:00) Pacific Time
