Site work for a water / sewer project in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes but is not limited to the installation of four (4) total new generators, at East State Street Pump Station, Hamilton Square Park Pump Station, Park Avenue Pump Station, and Whitehead Pump Station. Installation of four (4) total new service entrance rated transfer switches will be installed during this project. A total of three (3) concrete pads shall be installed, and a total of one (1) elevated platform shall be installed to support the new generators. Selective electrical demolition and coordination as required. a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) Scope of Work The Contractor hereby agrees to furnish the goods and/or services specified in Contract Documents in accordance with the terms of aforesaid bid proposal. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced and completed within 440 consecutive days as set forth in the Notice to Proceed to be provided by the Township. The date of completion of the PROJECT is therefore September 30, 2024.
