Renovation of an educational facility in Shell Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the Project consists of replacement of asphalt shingles with standing seam metal roofing, partial sheathing replacement, and installation of insulation in the ceiling area. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders.
