No Bid der may withdraw his/her Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date designated above for the opening. The Town of Nahant Board of Selectmen is the Awarding Authority The Board reserves the right to reject any or all Bid s or to accept any Bid deemed by them to be in the best interest of the Town of Nahant, and to limit the extent of the work to keep within the limits of available funds
