Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of September 7, 2023, project was awarded to Goodman & Mehlenbacher Enterprises, Inc - GAME Inc, awarded amount is $2,745,096.10.** The work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a 135-foot long single-span prestressed precast concrete girder bridge, approximately 2,000 linear feet of paved road construction, existing bridge demolition, guardrail, riprap, storm drainage, and other work, all in accordance with the Plans, Special Provisions, and the Washington State Department of Transportation 2023 Standard Specifications Any questions regarding this plan room shall be directed to administration at (509)747- 2964 or planroom@abadanplancenter.com. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, subject to the conditions provided for in the bid procedures and conditions. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, minor defects, or to reject any or all bids.
