The Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia, is seeking sealed bids to repair, replace, and rehabilitate the retaining wall (the Old Stone Wall) at Keller Avenue and North Court Street. This work would include repainting the entire wall where required. Work behind the wall to install proper drainage and weep holes. It would further include stabilization of the wall by an anchoring system. The successful bidder will be required to provide all materials (except replacement stone, which the Town has), labor and engineering to complete the project. A schedule of starting and completing the project must accompany the bid.
