Contractor must be a Fire Protection Systems Contractor licensed by the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections in accordance with Chapter 9- 1005 of the Philadelphia Code, and employ only certified technicians skilled at installing, repairing, servicing, inspecting and testing each fire protection systems. Successful bidder will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform the annual Licenses and Inspections, inspection/maintenance in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Philadelphia Fire Prevention Code of the Automatic Fire Sprinklers, Wet Standpipe and Fire Pump systems and NFPA 25 or latest revisions.
