General cleaning service covering the period of 11/1/23 thru 6/30/24. Services will mainly be the the Library Center on the 4th floor to include a commercial kitchen, three conference rooms, large ballroom, four (4) single restrooms, one (1) men's restroom, one (1) women's restroom, all connecting hallways. Services to include: vacuuming carpets, shampooing carpets quarterly September, December, March, and June. Cleaning rubber and VCT flooring, cleaning, sweeping and mopping stone and ceramic tile flooring, cleaning kitchen surfaces including countertops and stainless steel tables (not kitchen equipment), remove debris and cleaning of three (3) sinks in kitchen (2-well, prep table and back prep sink), cleaning restrooms, stocking all paper/soap products for restrooms provided by FLP, cleaning of table tops in Skyline and conference rooms, collection/removal of trash/recycling keeping separated, taking it to designated FLP areas for pickup. bags provided by FLP. Cleaning all wall surfaces/railings. Due to a heavy event schedule this service to be performed five (5) days per week from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM. The services required each day would not necessarily be the same.
