This project consists of the resurfacing and/or reconstructing in portion or whole of various roadways within Escambia County. The project will include work associated with the reconstruction of roadways such as maintenance of traffic, stormwater pollution prevention, sod stabilization shoulder work, pavement striping including reflective pavement markers (RPM), dewatering of the work area may be needed, etc. The contractor is to maintain traffic flow at all times with minimal delays. Roadways are to have two-way traffic opened during all non-working hours. Project Roadway Segments Segment 1: Old Corry Field Road from Barrancas Avenue to the South bridge approach pavement transition. Segment 2: Old Corry Field Road from North Bridge approach pavement transition to Navy Boulevard. Segment 3 Old Corry Field Road from Navy Boulevard to Jackson Street. Segment 4 Old Corry Field Road from Jackson Street to New Warrington Road. Millings The Escambia County Road Department will retain Ten (10) loads of millings from this project. Escambia County will provide trucks to haul the Ten (10) loads of millings from the jobsite. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, and machinery necessary to fully complete the work shown in the plans and in these specifications.
