The Town of Braintree Recreation and Community Events division is soliciting Vendor Quotes from qualified landscape design firms for the planning and the design of an ADA compliant park and playground located at Commercial and Adams Street in Braintree Mass. Adams Park is a 5+/- acre park that is currently used mainly by the immediate neighborhood for its basketball courts and playground. The Town s DPW is working separately with a design firm to reconstruct the Park entrance where street and sidewalk reconstruction altered the area. The chosen designer will examine the identified needs including but not limited to replacement of the playground equipment; new perimeter fencing; privacy fencing on west side only; interior walking/bike path; benches and picnic tables; tennis court, as well as parking and ADA improvements.
