Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing fence and gates, installation of new fence and gates at Buffalo Ridge Elementary School, Eastridge Facility, Goins Elementary School, Jessup Elementary School, and Prairie Wind Elementary School. Retro fit existing fence for new security gates and drive gates. This Contract is Federally Assisted. Contractors at every tier must comply with applicable federal requirements including but not limited to: the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, Affirmative Action, Governmentwide Debarment and Suspension, Governmentwide Requirements. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-102 and 16-6-103 the contract will be let to the responsible certified resident making the lowest bid if the certified resident. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statues 16-6-104, and 16-6-106, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding or in any bid, reject any or all bids without further obligation and to accept any bid deemed in the best interest of Laramie County School District Number One.
