The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, transportation, parking, fees, tools-of-the-trade to remove and replace existing windows with energy efficient windows. Contractor will apply industry acceptable caulk in color to match window frame around interior and exterior of windows. The project will be a completely turn-key project with all interior and exterior finishes including trim, caulking, etc. Window installation will occur in a single mobilization. The Contractor is responsible for disposing of all used windows and building materials at the end of each work day and at the end of the project (Contract completion). All windows must be compliant with the specifications detailed herein. Bid Bond 5% of Bid Amount Question Deadline: June 6, 2023. Questions received after June 6, 2023 will not be considered. Any questions related to the answers provided in Addendum 1 may be addressed in an additional addendum. If questions and/or responses require revisions to this ITB as it was originally published, such revision will be by formal amendment only. Bidders are notified that any written, electronic or oral statements made by any MCPS representative or other person appearing to change materially any portion of the ITB shall not be relied upon unless subsequently ratified by a written amendment to this ITB issued by the Chief Procurement Officer in the Procurement Office.
