Renovation of a municipal facility in La Grange, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Fayette County Appraisal District (FCAD) desires to request proposals/request for qualifications from architectural professionals to assist the FCAD in the design and possible budgeting and possible oversight of the construction of security improvements/fixtures to FCADs current office at 111 S. Vail St., La Grange, Texas. Proposals/Qualifications should be delivered to the FCAD and demonstrate the providers competence and qualifications in providing the requested services. Interested providers are invited to contact FCADs Chief Appraiser, Mr. Richard Moring, for more information regarding the scope of work. The FCAD will select the most highly qualified provider based on demonstrated competence and qualifications and then attempt to negotiate with that provider for a contract at a fair and reasonable price. If a satisfactory contract cannot be negotiated with the most highly qualified provider negotiations will end, and the FCAD will select the next most highly qualified provider and attempt to negotiate with that provider. The FCAD reserves the right to cancel the RFP/RFQ and not award the project to any architectural professional. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
