Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Lydig Construction, the GC/CM, will be bidding on this bid package. Subcontractors who intend to bid on the this bid package need only to submit a bid through the email listed below, which will be submitted directly to Lydig Construction. As with a hard bid project, the contractor, Lydig Construction, will fill out the bid form, will provide a bid bond, and will submit the bid in a sealed envelope. All questions are to be directed to Lydig Construction and submitted through the email listed below. Bonding Requirements: Subcontractor Payment and Performance bonding is required on contract values exceeding $300,000. Submit the value of your Payment & Performance Bond on your bid in the form of a percentage that will be calculated on the total of the bid. The Payment and Performance bonds are to be provided to Lydig Construction at the time of the contract execution. Deadline for questions is June 10th, 2023 @ 4:00PM.
