Saving Project...

Site work for a swimming pool in McDonough, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a 60,437-square-foot, two-story above grade swimming pool.

As of December 5, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Contractor and Pool Builder Services for an Indoor Aquatic Facility and an Outdoor Water Park. The Type II A building includes a 50-meter competition pool, therapy warm pool, and outdoor zero-entry, lazy river, activity pool, water features/slides and associated sitework, located at 1177 Henry Parkway Connector. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment and services necessary in the performance of this RFP. Proposals may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities. Deadline for requests for clarifications and questions. Any possible exceptions to the bid specifications and/or terms and conditions should be addressed during this phase. These requests will be answered in an addendum and must be emailed to: purchasing@co.henry.ga.us 3:00 PM October 18, 2023 Shortlist Confirmed
