The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of, but is not limited to, the following The intent of this Scope of Work is to renovate the existing classroom 304 in addition to the construction of new walls to capture a portion of the existing adjacent restrooms (Boys Restroom; Room 300) as well as enclose the access to the exterior of the classroom building to accommodate a new classroom typology for Students with Exceptionalities. This includes new MEP work as well as updates to finishes as a result of the new construction.
