Question Deadline 08/15/2023 at 3:00 PM MT Construction Cost Estimate: $550,000.00 Snow College Social Science Bldg Elevator Modernization Elevator Modernization Provide a modernization proposal for one (1) elevator as follows: All engineering, equipment, labor, and permits required to complete elevator modernization required by these Contract Documents. The elevator is currently a two-stop traction elevator with a rooftop hatch to gain access to the machine room. Snow College would like to see this elevator become a fully automatic elevator with power doors. We're recommending a conversion from a traction to a hydraulic or MRL traction elevator. If a hydraulic solution is chosen we suggest that an inground jack be installed to optimize the size of the cab. Snow College and State of Utah DFCM are requiring this elevator modernization project to be a turnkey operation. All subcontractor work is to be included in the proposal.
