Substantially Complete Work By: August 31, 2024 If this Bid is accepted, we will: Commence Work on or after September 1, 2023 Fully Complete Work By: October 1, 2024 Waupaca County, acting through the Public Property Committee, invites qualified and experienced companies to submit a proposal for the modernization of the seven (7) existing elevators at the Waupaca County Courthouse and Jail Facilities located at 811 Harding Street, Waupaca WI 54981. Scope of work to include all labor, equipment, and material to modernize the seven (7) existing elevators at the Waupaca County Courthouse (811 Harding Street, Waupaca, WI 54981) and Jail Facilities (1402 E. Royalton St. Waupaca, WI 54981). All new elevator equipment provided shall meet applicable local, state, and federal laws and meet ASME A17.1 code requirements. The elevator contractor must clearly define what work IS and IS NOT included on its bid documents. Items not clearly defined will be assumed in the work unless noted on the bid documents.
