It is the intention of these specifications that the vendor hereunder shall furnish and Washington County shall authorize the removal and disposal of the defective roofs on the Family Courts Center's Boiler Room(s) as well as any additional items on the roof deemed unusable - to be coordinated with the director of Building and Grounds. Following removal Washington County seeks bids for the furnishing of a new roof to include all labor, material and otherwise associated costs. See "Exhibit A" for photos and specifications.
