Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 77,816-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Northeastern State University, hereinafter referred to as Owner and Flintco, LLC, hereinafter called the Construction Manager, will receive SEALED bids to provide the work included in the NSU Optometry Building Project located at Southwest Corner of Cedar & Crafton, Tahlequah, Ok 7446 Please contact BJ Fay at jfay@flintco.com and Kenny Lawson with Flintco at (918) 710-3277 (klawson@flintco.com) with any questions about bid procedures or documents. **REMINDER: All properly sealed and labeled bids will be received at the NSU Webb Auditorium Room 124 (parking is in lot directly south of the Administration Building), 600 North Grand Ave, Tahlequah, Ok 74464. Flintco personnel will be at Webb Auditorium Room 124 starting at 12:00pm (noon). Preferred bid delivery is to the Flintco Tulsa office before 10:00am and Flintco will deliver them to NSU for the bid opening. All bids being sent via FedEx, UPS, etc. should be sent to Flintco and marked for delivery prior to 10:00am. Mailed bids to NSU go through a long routing system and might not make a 2:00pm bid opening.
