The Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is requesting information on available Design-Build Services for the complete design, construction, furnishing and commissioning of the Academic Zone. The Academic Zone is one of two designated areas within the new Applied Technical & Training (ATT) Campus and includes several highly specific training facilities and environments. The training classrooms, workshops, and laboratories are intended to provide the practical analysis and assessment, and retention of special knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs). The Academic Zone consists of several building types: entry control facilities, support infrastructure, central campus classroom and laboratory facilities, and a parking garage.
