Sewer Maintenance Hole Inspection Program. Scope of Work: The work under this contract shall include but not be limited to, the furnishing of all materials, personnel, and equipment necessary for closed-circuit video (CCTV) inspections of maintenance holes (MH) in various locations within the City of London The scope of this program consists of inspection of approximately 740 manholes per year where inspections shall be completed within a six (6) month timeframe and report(s) to be submitted to the City at least once a month. A listing of manholes to be inspected is provided in Appendix A. Inspection and condition data will be complied in a MS Access database format and ultimately integrated with other asset management data sets. Work under this contract may require confined space entry into maintenance holes. This confined space entry work will require conformance with all current Applicable health and safety regulations. The successful bidder is required to ensure that all staff are trained in the applicable health and safety requirements. The bidder is required to provide all health and safety equipment including breathing air supply, both portable and piped supply, for the inspection situations where this will be required.
