The major work to be done includes the following approximate quantities: 4,600 lineal feet of 6, 12, and 16 Inch Potable Water Pipe & Fittings, 11 each fire hydrant assemblies with concrete pad, 965 lineal feet of 12 Inch Sanitary Sewer Pipe, four 48 Inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer Manholes, 70 lineal feet of 12, 15, and 18 Inch Storm Drain Pipe, 120 lineal feet of 30 Inch culvert removal and replacement, 3,230 square yards of HMAC Trench Resurfacing, 15,270 square feet of Cold Plane Pavement Removal, and 250 tons of Level 3 Inch ACP Paving The Engineer s Estimate is between $2,000,000.00 and $2,500,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. a certified or cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total amount of the proposal. certificate and a performance bond with surety satisfactory to the City of Lebanon in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price within ten days of the date of notification to successful Bidder. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to award the contract to the firm submitting the most qualified proposal, to postpone the acceptance of the proposal and the award of contract for a period not to exceed 30 days, or to reject any and all proposals received.
