The City of Jefferson, Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department, herein referred to as City, invites interested, qualified individuals or firms, herein referred to as proposers, bidders, contractor, etc., capable of providing video surveillance security camera system for the JC Parks Department in Jefferson City, Missouri, to submit a bid. The submittal must satisfy all criteria established in this RFP to qualify for an award, unless it is waived by the City as an informality, technicality, or irregularity, at the City's sole discretion. Questions Due Date: Jun 20th 2023, 4:00 PM CDT Questions regarding the IFB specifications must be directed to Leigh Ann Corrigan, lcorrigan@jeffersoncitymo.gov, 573-634-6325. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond made payable to the City of Jefferson for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Upon the execution of the contract the bid security will be returned to the successful bidder. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject all or part of any bid, to waive informalities and to request new bids as the interest of the City may require.
