Site work for a water / sewer project in Hunt, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the Utility Improvements, approximately 9,545 LF of 12" and 8" of water, 8,457 LF of 8" sanitary sewer, and 7,656 LF of 4' x 4' RCB through 18" RCP storm sewer, all per NCTCOG, Construction Plans, and City of Josephine specifications, to serve 202 lots on approximately 126 acres. The project is located East and North of the intersection of F.M. 6 & C.R. 2606 in City of Josephine ETJ, Hunt County, Texas. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check, from a responsible bank in the State of Texas, or a Bid Bond, issued by a surety legally authorized to do business in the State of Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Make the Cashiers Check, Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any bid deemed advantageous to it and waive informalities in bidding. All bids received after the above-designated closing time will be returned unopened. Bidders desiring further information, or further interpretations of the Contract Documents, and Technical Specifications and Plans, must make request for such information in writing to the Engineer, prior to forty-eight (48) hours before the Bid Opening.
