Online Portal The Q and A Period for this Opportunity is Ongoing James Ward ES - Pneumatic Controls Air Compressor Replacement & Provide/install 33 new DA pneumatic thermostats and covers. Provide Labor and Materials and equipment necessary to complete the following work: Pneumatic Controls Air Compressor 1) Remove the existing non repairable pneumatic air compressor. 2) Furnish and install a new Champion 2hp 80-gallon air compressor, per new CPS spec. 3) Includes new prefilter, post filter, with regulator and auto drain. 4) Start up and test operation Pneumatic Controls 1) Provide and install [33] new DA pneumatic thermostats and covers at classrooms. 2) Calibrate each and test. North AHU 1) Remove the bad outdoor air dampers at the North AHU. 2) Provide and install new outdoor air dampers. 3) Connect existing operational damper actuators to new dampers. 4) Replace the bad pilot positioners at both hot deck valves on the North unit. 5) Replace [4] broken zone dampers and linkages. 6) Provide and install a new receiver controller for the cold deck and replace the 7) broken air valve in control panel. 8) Calibrate and test. South AHU 1) Add mounting hardware to fix damper actuators that are falling off wall. 2) Replace [1] broken zone damper and linkage. 3) Replace pilot positioner at heat valve. 4) Provide and install new receiver controllers for the hot deck and cold deck. 5) Calibrate and test. 6) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 7) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 8) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 9) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on o 26 05 53 IDENTIFICATIONS FOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS o 26 05 83 WIRING CONNECTIONS 10) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 11) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 12) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all the projects to be marked as completed. 13) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 14) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 15) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 16) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 17) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
