Only Prequalified General Contractors from RFSQ SB 2019-0812 may submit bid submissions on this Tender. The intent of this Bid call is to solicit and receive a formal Bid for GIM Level 1 beds on C4 Project for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Convert 5 existing rooms on C4 (6 beds) to Level 1 beds. The high level scope of renovation for these 5 rooms (4 single and one double) is: - additional med gases, power and data - additional patient monitoring - Replace doors with doors with glass inserts - improved room lighting - Floor replacement - Create badge access entry on the C4 unit with security cameras Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors are prequalified as well.
