Question Deadline: Wed Jun 14, 2023 12:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 24 Electronic Auctions: Not Applicable Language for Bid Submissions: English unless specified in the bid document Toronto District School Board (TDSB) has received inspection reports from Novita Techne - a firm that specializes in theatre and multimedia, The reports have identified deficiencies based on conformance or compliance with Building and Fire Codes as well as industry standards and Health and Safety requirements. TDSB requires complete design services by an architectural firm as prime service provider to provide documentation including drawings showing the scope of work to rectify the shortcomings. TDSB has in-house trades that will provide the labour. The contract will be for three (3) years firm pricing of the upgrade program. TDSB reserves the right to extend this contract for an additional three (3) years if quality and performance are acceptable to TDSB. Evaluation Matrix 1. Pricing - 50 Points 2. School and auditorium Design Experience - 20 Points 3. Proposed Team Profile - 10 Points 4. Past Performance on TDSB Projects and References - 20 Points
