Site work and paving for a road / highway in Utica, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town is requesting proposals for Hot Mix Resurfacing (overlay) on asphalt pavement, Freeman Road - starting at Johnstown Road, towards Saegrove Drive, for 570', and another section of Freeman Road - starting at Saegrove Drive towards Johnstown Road, for 4,710'. Total length of roadway - 5,280 feet in length x 23 foot width x 2 inches thick, estimated 1,500 tons more or less. Proposals are to be a per ton cost with an estimated total resurfacing project bid. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Town for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time for receiving bids. Lowest responsible bidder shall provide proof of insurance and be responsible for all required items needed to complete the project. The Town reserves the right to change these specifications without notice and without incurring any obligation relating to such change that may be more advantageous to the Town and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to accept the bid that is most advantageous to the Town.
