Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Greenfield, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Question Cuttoff Date & Time 6/7/2023 10:00:00 PM (ET) The Iowa DOT is seeking competitive bids from qualified suppliers to supply replacement of sound proof acoustic panels for sound quality in Greenfield Maintenance Garage. Panels are 2' X 4' with 2" thickness, NRC range 0.80-0.95 and class 1 fire-rated. Quantity of 120. must have the same design as shown in the attachments to match the current panels in place. This requisition is for material only. Color to be "Natural gray" to match existing. Bid should include 56 tubes of 10.5 oz acoustic adhesive. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
