While the specifications may look the same, please refer to the required specification number identified under the line item tab for each garage location. Project Start date - 07/31/2023 This is the estimated start date after all required documents are received (i.e., Insurance, performance bond and vendor signed contract) Project end date- 09/30/2023 (This includes resolution to all punch list items, inspections and DOT acceptance typically used in construction bids).
