Site work for a water / sewer project in Beaverdam, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, delivery, materials, supplies, transportation, and other incidentals necessary, including required permits and underground utilities locating and marking services. Work shall be performed in an efficient, expeditious, and satisfactory manner, including have the appropriate equipment, apparatus/machinery, tools (in working order) considered "tools of the trade" and used in the manner consistent with the manufacturer's instructions and all VOSH regulations for completed work. A. Furnish and Install (new) 400' deep 6" PVC Well with Pump System (1.5HP, 15 GPM, 3-Phase minimum) Installation shall be within 50' of the current well location at the rear of the station behind both parking lots within the wood line by trenching and tie-in to the existing plumbing and electrical site. The current well is to be abandon after the pump is removed and the new is in service. B. The Contractor shall perform all necessary work for completed job: Electrical wiring Excavation/drilling of rock and/or concrete Clearing and grading Removal of work-related debris and surplus material Seeding, etc. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain quotes from experienced, competent, and properly trained contractors to perform all the work identified. The County reserves the right to cancel the contract upon written notice to the Contractor and return products to Contractor at the Contractor's expense.
