Description

Renovation of a military facility in Buchanan, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

This is a combined synopsis / solicitation to replace one (01) roll-up overhead door at the USCG Facility in Paris Landing, TN. All work is to be completed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. A firm fixed price contract will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov Period of Performance is July 24th through August 4th, 2023. This period of performance is negotiable. Place of Performance is USCG Facility Paris Landing, TN - 700 Coast Guard Road Buchanan, TN 38222. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination TN20230163 is attached and is applicable. Payment and performance bonds are not required.
