Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Buchanan, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Must have a TN drivers license in order to get bid results and award information. Contact owner directly. This event is to bid for a one-time purchase for TN Department of Environment & Conservation. Demolish the existing dock and remove from park property. Exercise extreme caution with the gangway and stiff arms for reuse. Construct a new transient dock in the same footprint of the demolished dock as in the following description. Install an 8 foot by one hundred forty-four-foot concrete stamped deck dock. 2 foot by 2-foottiles will be acceptable. Construction will be plastic -foam filled floats, galvanized frame, and deck support. Install 3 total 8 foot by 48-foot counterbalance platforms for bridge and stiff arms. Bridge and stiff-arm platform will be 8 foot by 86 foot in total length. install a 20-footADA handrailsystem centered at the gangway. Install a total of 4 solar powered LED lights equal to 4000 lumens on 14-foot poles spaced equally over the 144-foot dock. Supply and install 160 foot of raised banding board for wheelchair limits. Install side mount cleats on 10-footintervals on the open water side (bay side).
