Saving Project...

Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Fort Pierce, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to identify and hire the most highly qualified Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") firm or entity to act as the CMAR for a project for St. Lucie County Utilities (SLCU). The work of this project generally includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a 2.0 MGD Water Treatment facility, UFA production wells and associated raw water pipeline at the Taylor Dairy Rd location. The CMAR Services shall be as identified below, and shall include all necessary pre-construction, construction and close-out services to deliver a successful building project. The intent of the CMAR delivery method is to establish an environment of collaboration, trust, and partnership between the CMAR Contractor, the Design Team, SLCU, and the appropriate regulatory agencies.
