Update:This project provides the capital improvements related to upgrades needed to maintain operability at the Butterfield Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The scope of improvements for this phase includes the design and construction of a new filter complex with eight new deep bed granular media filters. Project is included in City of Pasco Fiscal Year 2025-2030 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As of July 29, 2024, this project is in the 2023-2024 budget. A design firm has been selected and is expected to bid in the fall of 2025. General: Consultants are directed to review the Butterfield Water Treatment Plant Facilities Plan (Plan) for an in depth discussion of the existing plant and the proposed infrastructure improvements.
