The Pasco School District herby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Mandatory site visit is required to bid project. Virgie Robinson Elementary, 125 S Wehe Avenue, Pasco, WA Maya Angelou Elementary, 6001 N. Rd 84, Pasco, WA o Two (2) Lochinvar Crest 1251 (n) boilers. Contractor must provide proof with proposal of minimum of two (2) Lochinvar Crest certfied technicians living within 30 minutes of Pasco School District o Ventng o Tying new boilers into existng controls system. Contractor must provide proof with proposal of minimum of two (2) Alerton certfied technicians living within 30 minutes of Pasco School District o New Natural Gas Regulator o Condensate Neutralizers (2) o Factory Start-up Extended warranty to accompany a maintenance agreement. Three years labor and 1 year on parts. Completon September 30, 2023.
