Renovation of a municipal facility in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 43,200-square-foot municipal facility.
**As of September 20, 2023, project was awarded to Arrow Roofing & Construction LLC, awarded amount is $222, 450.03** The project involves re-roofing existing warehouse three bay two with new Single Ply Membrane Roof-Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing. Plans are attached as Drawings T101, PH-01, A101, A301 and A302. General demolition includes, but is not limited to, removal of flashings, equipment as required, existing TPO where required, etc.to install new TPO roof over existing TPO roofing. Tracy Friesz Facilities Engineer A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Port of Pasco for an amount equal to at least 5% of the total base bid amount shall accompany each bid. The Port of Pasco reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid, or in the bidding, and to accept or reject any bid for reasons based solely on considerations for the best interests of the Port of Pasco.
