On a scheduled basis and under general supervision, perform semi-skilled and skilled tasks categorized as elevator pro-active preventative maintenance on a quarterly basis, inspections and repairs for the Otis elevator located at our Prentice/Surbrugg Health Sciences building. o Elevator repair and maintenance, pressure relief tests, yearly leakage tests, to include all necessary labor, operations, accessories, incidentals, equipment, tools, shipping, materials and other work and/or services required to complete the respective individual scope of work for elevator repair. o Specific work shall include, but not be limited to, preventative maintenance services as noted in the table below, repair and maintenance of elevators. o Additional services include: 24-hour answering service and/or callout dispatching as needed. Must be able to response within three hours to the campus for emergencies. o Contractor must be Wyoming licensed, authorized to repair elevators in the Cheyenne, WY area, and insured. Provide a copy of current license with response. . Contract Term is for up to five (5) years. Bidders are expected to maintain costs bid above for the first three (3) years of the contract; Contractor may then propose an increase for the remaining two (2) years. Bidders are requested to provide 2023-2024 rate sheet(s) for Elevator repair for the first three (3) years, which includes, but is not limited to: o Hourly rates (broken down by type of work or type of employee), o Overtime, o Holiday/Weekend rate, o Trip charge, o Material percentage markup, and o Any other charges (provide cost and description) Contractor is required to provide to LCCC for approval, a detailed written quote per each individual scope of work prior to initiation of said scope, and acknowledges and agrees that an individual scope of work cannot exceed thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) in total costs. Contractor shall also include all necessary labor, operations, accessories, incidentals, equipment, tools, shipping and all materials, unless provided by LCCC, to complete work. LCCC reserves the right to accept or reject a respective Quote, including the right to request competitive pricing.
