Site work for a water / sewer project in New York, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water tank for rehabilitation.
The Project consists of constructing a new 1.0 million gallon prestressed concrete water storage tank and associated site improvements (including: grading, storm sewer, fencing, and piping). Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents also may be examined at City of Middletown Department of Public Works Office, City Hall, 16 James Street, Middletown, NY 10940 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. The City of Middletown reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
