The Petrova Experience LLC Deadline for Respondent Questions July 11, 2023 The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey through the Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"), is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from Respondents who are qualified and prepared in all respects to the design and construction (including the furnishing, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning) of the AirTrain's Civil Infrastructure, including an elevated Guideway Structure for the System Technology equipment and Vehicles, three Stations including back of house (BOH) areas for the System Technology equipment and associated civil infrastructure; the design of a future station and construction to support the future station; the integration with the guideway and Stations, Patron assembly areas, and areas of refuge and pedestrian conveyances, including sidewalk restoration; the restoration of all impacted roadways, parking lots, driveways, and entrances impacted by the work; and completion of all other associated work as set out in the Agreement.
