Site work and addition to a conference / convention center in Greenwood, Indiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,200-square-foot conference / convention center; and for site work for a conference / convention center.

The Work shall be completed under one (1) Prime Contract with the Owner including but not limited to: 1. Approximately 1200sf building addition to existing pre-engineered metal building. a. New construction to be cold formed steel framed structure clad in metal panels. b. Metal roof with gutters and downspouts. 2. Demolition to provide doorway connection between existing building and addition. 3. Site Work including pad preparation, paving, concrete, and lawns. 4. Mechanical unit(s) by Owner, but installed by contractor. 5. Electrical and Mechanical work: a. New AHU and duct work with remote DX cooling and hot water heating connected to the existing hot water system. Unit will be connected to the existing Trane temperature control system. Extension of the existing sprinkler system to serve the new space. b. Extension of existing power from shop equipment to their new location in the addition. New power added for additional equipment and devices run from existing electrical room. New light fixtures and switching. Extension of the existing fire protection system. Cost associated with digital and printed plans and specification obtained from Eastern Engineering Supply, Inc., are and will be incurred at the expense of the Bidder and are non-refundable. 1.6 TIME OF COMPLETION A. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. 1.7 BIDDER'S QUALIFICATIONS A. Bidders must be in compliance with Indiana statues regarding pre-qualification. B. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
