Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the Invitation for Bid, including being prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). All pre-bid questions concerning this project are to be submitted to the project bid website. The last day to submit pre-bid questions is June 13, 2023, 3:00 PM; phone calls will not be accepted. All bids submitted shall meet the bond requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The LCTID reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid. If, in the opinion of the LCTID, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, the LCTID may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The LCTID reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
